Driveshaft Coatings

To ensure the longevity of a cooling tower’s driveshaft, proper maintenance is important. Corrosion is a common issue that may cause mechanical failure. Our solution is to mechanically abrade the driveshaft, eliminating any old coatings or corrosion buildup, and then apply a protective coating of either ZRC or rubberized bitumen. This guarantees that the driveshaft will be shielded from further corrosion and that its lifespan will be extended.
